An international NGO working in public health and education programs is seeking highly motivated and qualified candidates to be located in Jakarta for the full time position of:

IT Officer

General requirements:

* University or advance education with experiences and advancedcourses/training in one or more of the following disciplines: computer science, information technology, information systems or other relatedtechnical fields

* At least 3 years of experience in computer systems development in an international organization

* Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia

* Positive attitude towards changes, challenge and new ideas; result and team oriented; able to work under pressure; and self motivated in accumulating knowledge capital

The responsibilities of the successful applicants are in the following areas of expertise:

Network Administrator

- Give technical support to user/client : Ms. Office 2003/2007, Ms. Windows XP/ 7, Adobe, etc

- Familiar with Active Directory and Domain Controller in Ms. Windows Server 2003/2008

- Perform tasks related to component server and workstation (PC and Notebooks) installation, connection, configuration, integration, testing and troubleshooting

- Establish system security measures and regularly audit security related actions performed by users in both LAN environment

- Maintain antivirus configuration and updates

- Identify, diagnose, monitor and troubleshoot problems and factors affecting network performance and be able to keep downtime to a minimum

- Maintain e-mail environment , including messaging and groupware infrastructure; and overall strong knowledge of latest advancements in data communications

- Performs backup system and files
