Invitation for Expressions of Interest
Study of Participation of Persons with Disability in Elections in South-East Asian Countries
AGENDA, the South-East Asian general election network for disability access, is a two-year project supported by USAID that aims to improve access to political and electoral opportunities for people with disabilities in South East Asia. PPUA Penca is engaged in this project together with three other organizations Ă¢€" PPCI, JPPR and IFES (International Foundation for Election Systems) as the led partner. The project will involve partners from other countries in the region, including the Philippines, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Thailand. Together AGENDA network partners will develop new regional election monitoring activities and raise awareness about access issues in elections, ensuring that disability rights are squarely on ASEANĂ¢€™s developing human rights agenda.

The scope of work:

2. Developing questionnaires for the data collection
3. Developing the methodology for the research and data collection
4. Conducting analysis of data provided by respondents;
5. Producing a final written report on all activities conducted
6. Other duties as assigned by PPUA Penca.
Qualifications:
