Tanoto Foundation (www.tanotofoundation.org) is a not-for-profit foundation which strives to be a center of excellence for facilitating and improving access to quality education and to empowerment opportunities that contribute to poverty reduction. The Foundation currently runs a number of philanthropic programs in Indonesia ranging from scholarship, teachers training, school improvement programs, research support, to small business development.
Tanoto Foundation is currently looking for Program Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for developing programs that cater to the needs of communities in Medan and Sumatera Utara, coordinating the support for the Nasional programs implemented in the province, liasing with corporate partners in the province to ensure collaboration, and liasing with key stakeholders (beneficiaries, media, general public) to ensure smooth program implementation. The incumbent also provides oversight on the financial and administrative functions in Medan Office.
PROGRAM MANAGER
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree from reputable university
· Minimum 15 years working experience, with 3 years in project management
· Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision
· Able to speak Hokianese and Mandarin
· Willing to travel to project sites
