Sales and Marketing Manager for Skin Care Outlets

Responsibilities:

This sales and marketing manager is expect to coordinate with the promotion and sales department in order to pursuit the sales target of the company services. As the manager she is expect to be able to maintain, develop, motivate, coordinate and monitor the activities of sales team in general and particularly at the company's services outlets. she will be responsible for new customer acquisition from the incoming guest, or by creating programs with other institutions.

This Sales and Marketing manager will be in-charge in new outlets development, sales force team development, and general personnel team advice in order to assure the company select best talents to provide the services to the customer.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Candidate expect to have strong Sales and Marketing Skill with proven sales record.

Experience in Retail Management will be highly appreciate

Candidates are expect to have strong Customer Orientation, Negotiation Skill and skill in persuasive communication.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Experience in marketing and sell services of body and skin care boutique is highly appreciated

Experience in marketing and sell high end cosmetics and body care products in appreciated

Good leadership skill, ability to maintain and motivate sales force.

Candidate must have the strong sales drive, a self starter and ability to work under less supervision.

Candidates expect to have good analytical thinking, good conceptual in strategic sales and marketing also ability to create a sales and marketing program and the implementation.
