Short-Term Consultant

Indonesian Community for Democracy (KID) is an institution non-profit organization (NGO) working in the field of democracy education. One of the major programs in the DIC is Democracy School  eight Districts and Cities in Indonesia, namely, Jayapura (Papua), Lhokseumawe (North Aceh), Bellu (NTT), Sanggau (West Kalimantan), Pangkep (Napier), Stone (Malang), Ogan Illir (South Sumatra), Tangerang (Bantam).

To have knowledge about the quality and the development of democracy at the local level, especially in areas where schools of democracy is, KID will conduct baseline studies in eight local democracy them. The research will be conducted in the period September - November 2011.

Researchers are required are as follows:

1.Experience in conduct baseline studies of democracy

2.Posses a networks or had conducted research in the area where research was conducted baseline KID

3.Willing to do an interviews and through the consultant selection process researchers.
