Social Media Analyst / Community Manager

We are looking for a social media analyst with understanding of social media platforms and content creation.The person will have real experience in hands-on execution of social media platforms like blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Flickr etc

Responsibilities:
Manage brand presence on client-owned properties, like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Flickr, etc.
Follow Community Management guidelines and processes
Provide conflict resolution support if issues arise in the community environments
Work closely with creative and customer insights teams to facilitate editorial calendars and content creation
Work closely with the business development team on new pitches

Requirements:
0-2 yrs of experience in a digital agency
Socially active online with a good understanding of social media and the dynamics of community interaction
Must be an active participant in the blogosphere & social communities including Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, YouTube, and Google+
Ideally will have experience in growing and maintaining communities for consumer brands, non-profits or other organizations
Maintaining a blog is a plus
Should be comfortable in speaking and corresponding in English
Should be a good team player and capable of working independently
