Technical Trainer / Technical Training Manager
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Directed by the Production Lead and site Training Lead, Works with peers to execute site training strategy, through job/competency analysis, training module set up, training delivery, skill assessment and training administration activities to ensure technical, compliance, business and leadership training needs are captured and supported within products.
As Technical Training Manager, incumbent will lead training program and sit on site leadership team.
Requirements:
Hold Degree in Science and Technical Fields
3 years operations experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment or similar
Shop floor experience in MFG operations
Familiar with QA, EHS, maintenance, 1st line supervision and training
