Business Advisor Wilayah Jawa Tengah

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for all Holcim modern channel sales activities through maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with a network of distributors and Franchise Retailers. Incumbents are also responsible to provide assistance in growing and cultivating market opportunity for multi-construction material products as well as housing solution services for each area in order to increase profit, maintain market control and meet Holcim Indonesia’s strategic objectives

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor degree from sales, marketing, civil engineer or management discipline
Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales, preferred to have exposures in retail/ consumer goods and/or construction business/ industry
Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word
Good command of written & spoken English
Good skill in communication and in influencing others
Good analytical thinking, problem solving skill, initiative-taking skill
Able to give advise or recommendation based on achievement / market review
Good negotiation and presentation skill
Able to translate marketing strategy into implementation in the field
Able to gather and synthesize information from data provided by sales force from the market
Able to lead and deal with others
Knowledge in channel and distribution
