Education Coordinator

We are fast growing Coal Mining Company. To develop the team we need qualified and competent candidates to fill the following position in the field :

Education Coordinator

Responsibilities:
* Coordination with Education Dept in Prov and District
* Coordination with head master
* Coordination with community and community leader
* Capacity assessment of school management
* Capacity assessment of teacher capacity
* Assessment of School facilities
* Assessment of student access to school and indentifying pick up point
* Managing school bus
* Develop school bus SOP
* Work closely with other agency who implement education program
* Develop monitoring and evaluation manual
* Baseline survey or secondary data collection of education community status
* Initiate informal class for community (kejar paket A, B dan C)
* Awareness material design and socialization related to education
* Develop comprehensive education program
* Monitoring and evaluate the program
* Work in collaboration with others unit within MEC
* Monthly progress report

Qualifications:
• Degree in Education or social science (S1)
• Minimum 5 years experience related to position
• Strong on advocacy and negotiation skill
• Strong on facilitation and community mobilization skill
• Familiar with education regulation and standard
• Familiar with Microsoft office (word, excel and power point)
• English and Dayak languages are Plus
