Requirements:
Male/Female, age max 30 years old
Min. S1 in Human Resources or Psychology (SDM) or MM/MBA –concentrate in Human Resources
At least 3 years of working experience in the are Organization Development, Performance & Competency Management, Training and Development
Hands on Jon Analysis, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Reward Management, Talent Management, Training, Career Planning and People & Organizational Development
Highly independent, hones, excellent written, communicationand interpersonal skill, confident, responsible, willing to learn, ability to work under tight schedule and team player
Fluent in written and spoken in English; expert level with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc)
