We are a Fast Growing Retail and manufacturing in Fashion Industries within international brands (THE EXECUTIVE, WOOD, Wrangler, Lee, et cetera, colorbox, Choya, TIRA, Jockey, and Healthy Choice restaurant) currently seeking candidates The candidate with at least 2 years experience in the retail / fashion industry will show a strong leadership as well as a strong track record of solution and strategic thinking skills. Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology

Male/Female maximum 35 years old

At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a trainer in retail company

Experience in organizing training and deal with training consultant

Experience in making yearly training program

Experience in evaluating training feedback

Experience in making training module

Energetic and well presented

Looking for a challenge and willing to learn

Good command of spoken and written English

Able to work independently or as a team

Inspirational with new ideas at conceptual level

Willing to work under pressure (target) Self Starter, Personal Drive to Success. Creative and able to solve field challenges, strong drive to motivate multifunction teams. Strong Communication skills. Hard worker.
