General Support Officer

Responsibilities:

Execute, monitor and review overall activities required in General Services area which includes contract, term & condition with office and residential vendor, data ticketing, transportation activities, office mails, office supplies & stationeries, distribution & stocking, office maintenance, computer supplies, and other activities related with general services to maintain the performance of the workforce, optimum efficiency at a minimum cost in providing reliable and efficient services to all departments.

Ensure support and assistance in General Services area, such as: maintaining and conducting all general service-related matters such as offices, company’s houses, office equipments, travel arrangement and transportation.
Ensure the management and maintenance activities of all facilities, properties and other general services assets are periodically monitored.
Ensure support to supply Office Stationery.
Guarantee coordination of usage of company cars, guest house and hotel to ensure availability of them to support operational needs.
Ensure support to the arrangements of business trip for all employees.
Ensure the coordination of contracts and agreements monitoring.
Contribute & monitor all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) issues in General Services area.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any discipline.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
