Tender : PRSF Elderly Research Activity

An AusAID funded initiative, the Poverty Reduction Support Facility (PRSF), is seeking highly qualified Research Institutions to manage and implement Activity Research into social assistance needs of poor and vulnerable elderly persons. PRSF is a joint project between AusAID and the Government of Indonesia to improve the quality of policy advice for poverty programs in Indonesia.

The Selected Research Institution is required to collect, analyze, and interpret available data, in particular data from Census 2010, SUSENAS, SAKERNAS, BLT Database and PPLS11 as well as administrative data from social protection programs including JAMINAN Social, JAMKESMAS, PKH, RASKIN and in order to provide information relevant to policy issues for social assistance programs related to poor and vulnerable elderly persons, including the characteristics of elderly people (e.g., demographic, socioeconomic, health, participation in social protection programs), their service use and expenditures, and aspects of their daily lives (housing, transportation, employment, consumption).
