Compassion Indonesia, an International Christian Ministry for Children Development, is seeking for highly motivated staff (Bandung Office) for the position below:

Tours and Visit Specialist For The Group (TVS)

Specific Requirements

1. Experience min-4 years in Christian/Social ministry dealing with children/youth

2. Fluent in both written and spoken English, with excellent communications and interpersonal skills, especially across cultures.

3. Comfortable communicating in English in front of large groups.

4. Formal education min S1-Degree in hotel management/hospitality industry, marketing, public relations or other communications field or demonstratedsatisfactory experience in trip hosting.

5. Strong customer service mindset and understanding of the sponsor/donor communications needs-what moves them to deeper understanding of poverty and deeper commitment to advocacy and action on behalf of poor children.

6. Public relations experience or demonstrated aptitude for being Compassion's front-line ambassador in the field. Demonstrates hospitality and care for others.

7. Solid understanding of and sensitivity toward poverty, the child and the significance of the sponsor-child relationship.

8. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with ability to be flexible and respond to changing variables (weather, road conditions, visitor illness, etc), including high-stress situations.

9. Able to operate Microsoft Office.

10. Ability to make sound judgement with little supervision. Proven skills in negotiation.

11. Ability to travel on a regular basis (40-60%).
