Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Purchasing Department to plan and implement sourcing strategies

Build and develop a supply base for procuring of strategic materials, products and providing timely and efficient support services

Negotiate with suppliers for optimum pricing, rebate, payment terms through bulk purchase.

Check and ensure materials purchased are conforming to company’s purchasing policies and procedure.

Evaluate and manage the performance of the existing vendors to achieve timely delivery, quality, price and service.

Monitor and update management on the current and long-term availability of required materials, services and anticipated price trend to seize optimize market opportunity.

Requirements:

Degree holder with at least 8-10 years experience in Procurement, preferably in Agribusiness industry

Good command of English

Strong negotiation and communication skills
