Responsibilities:

Lead the proper and professional recruitment, selection and talent acquisition process
Lead implementation of the following OD interventention :

Performance Management System
Objective & KRA’s setting
Team building & motivation intervention
Employee & staff coaching
Training needs analysis
Conduct internal & external employee training programmes

Mentoring the company’s Management Trainees, and improve the scheme as and when needed after management approval
Lead the talent assessment and subsequently succession planning processes and documentation
Assist line managers in defining business processes and set-up proper and efficient organization structure
Facilitate and consult line managers when embracing into the organization change
Establish policies and guidelines on the fields mentioned above

Requirements:

Male/Female, age of 30-40 years
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
At least 5-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, including some years in middle management role.
Good ways of dealing with others
Has persuasive communication and presentation skills
Analytical
Ability to develop networking internally and externally
Business Acumen & Change Management Knowledge based
Emotionally stabile
Has facilitation skills
