IT Helpdesk Analyst

Our company is a develop coal mining company has opening vacancy as IT HELPDESK Analyst, this position will be placed in Job Site, near Tarakan East Kalimantan.
IT Helpdesk Analyst will have Responsibilities to :

Providing frontline technical support
Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of problems for end-users
Recommend to implement corrective solutions, including off site repair
Give assistance to develop and maintain current IT inventory
Accurately document and track trouble, issues and solution given
Assist IT Management with the implementation of new application, procedures and controls
Delivers monthly report to IT Management

The candidate should filled this Requirements :

Must have minimum Diploma Degree, preferably Computer Science, Information Technology or other Engineering.
Have adequate IT skills i.e : Operating System, Networking, Internet, Router, Hardware, Software, Installation and upgrade.
Having experience in SAP or other ERP is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
Have good communication skills, and also customer satisfaction oriented
Must be open minded and willing to learn
Must be willing to travel and be placed on job sites
