GIZ Office Jakarta is seeking 1 (one) qualified Indonesian candidate for:
To be based in Jakarta. This position will be under fixed-term contract with possibility of prolongation.
SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL
Main Task:
1. Planning, directing, and supervising the work of the department in general and ensures that the activities of the department are properly carried out
2. Represent department in internal/external meeting as required
3. Coordinate key of HR process
4. Provides and advise to program in all HR matters
5. Make sure that SAP entries are up-to-date
6. Analyzes and modifies compensation and benefit policies to establish competitive systems and ensures compliance with legal requirements
7. Maintaining records and compiles statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, and performance appraisal
8. Makes sure that the employment manual is up to date
9. Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions
10. Proposes training needs for employees and organizes trainings
11. Having knowledge about expatriates documentation (e.g. visa)
12. Drafting-up Indonesian National Personnel’s employment contract
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources or similar fields
2. At least 5 years of professional working experiences in a similar position
3. Good knowledge of application of statutory and Labor Laws
4. Excellent management skills
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Excellent language skills
7. Good working knowledge of modern telecommunication systems (telephone, fax, e-mail, internet and its software) and MS Office – programs
