Requirements:

Max age 35 years old

Bachelor degree in Educational background or any major equivalent . Master degree is a plus

Min 3 years experiences in the same position

Have certification Train the Trainer from reputable institution

Have knowledge about People & Organization Development. Designing and developing training and development program based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs

Design training modules, training evaluation and Training Need Analysis

Good presentation skill, communication skill, self motivated and energetic

Excellent in computer skill (MS Office, Power points, etc.)

Have a great passion to help, inspire & motivate people

Creative, honest and hard worker

Good in English both oral and written

Can join immediately
