Community Development (COMDEV-JAN)
Ternate (Maluku Utara)
Responsibilities:
Manage and control community development plan and its implementation activities at mining sites based on government regulations, local comunity and other stakeholder
Develope and maintenance of communications with community and organizations
Handle and develope in the corporate social responsibility program starting from budgeting, coordinating, executing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting to government and management
Responsible to preparing budgets, project for a year and performs related work as assigned
Develope strategies to manage, negotiating and resolving conflicts and disputes with community and other stakeholder
Requirements:
Male / Female 27 to 40 years old
Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university min GPA 3.00
At least 5 / 10 years of working experiences (Superintendent and Manager), preferably in Coal Mining industry
Good understanding goverment regulation and local comunity etc.
Preferably Supervisors specializing Comdev/Comrel/CSR and equivalent
Having experience to handle team/as a leader, analytical thinking, highly pro-active, supportive and self motivated
Having Strong presentation and communication skills
Language : English (Active) and Indonesia
