Agra Bareksa is one of Djarum Group with main business in forestry, located in Kalimantan. We manage area of concession ± 370.000 ha. Due to rapid growing of our company, we challenge professional and highly motivated people to join our team for the following position:

Community Development Supervisor ( COMDEV – SPV )

Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur

Requirements:

Male, max 30 years old

Bachelor degree from faculty of social science/ communication

Min. 3 years experience as CSR, preferable from plantation company

Possess good concept on community development, community empowerment and local business development program

Good relationship with government institution is preferable

Able to work under pressure, tight schedule, independently and in a team, strong sense of identity corporate culture

Strong leadership and self confident

Good interpersonal and communication skill

Have a strong negotiation skill and analytical problem solving

To Be located in Kalimantan (remote area), willing to travel
