Responsibilities:

The Job

Reporting to the regional HR head, you shall be responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR activities for the Jakarta office. Your responsibilities shall include recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, handling any employees' grievances, advising other departments on policies and keeping abreast with labour law regulations, etc.

*5 day work week

Requirements:

The Person

You are an analytical and meticulous person. You are also a believer of the importance of HR role within an organisation.

You are able to work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines.

You possess a 'can-do' attitude and are able to be tactful with people in a multi-cultural environment.

You possess a Degree in HR or equivalent with at least 3 years of HR experience including full spectrum responsibilities.

Experience in an MNC environment is preferred.

You are able to communicate in grammatically correct English.

You are currently residing in Jakarta (interviews will also be held in Jakarta).
