Human Resource Officer INT5118

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia

The Role

To strengthen the support we give to our programmes through a passionate, dedicated and expert staff. You?ll work closely with human resource manager and advice and support Indonesian programmes on HR operation and systems. You?ll have a big part to play in improving our processes, raising our standards and developing our HR from an operational point of view. You will be responsible on effective payroll processing, benefitadministration and assist on the budgeting preparation and monitoring. You will be the Indonesia HR database contact by providing support to programme teams.

The requirements

We are looking for an experienced Indonesian human resource professional with at least two years relevant experience, strong self motivational skills and a very high attention to detail. You?ll have strong interpersonal awareness including diplomacy, tact, able to get along with others and respect confidentiality. You?ll have knowledge and understanding of the principle of employment practice and law. You?ll have good computer skills and database management experience is an advantage.

Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa is essential.
