Human Resources Development

Responsibilities:
1. Involves in HR management and T&D function which includes recruitment, orientation of new emplyoees and organize and conduct internal training and external training.
2. Conduct regular audit on all training materials to ensure that content is always up-to-date.
3. Conducts training needs analysis to identify the training needs for company and design for training schedule, program and budget.

Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management or equivalent.
    Required skill(s): analytical, strong interpesonal and communication skill, strong project management skills, ability to multi-task, Strong presentation and stand-up delivery skills.
    Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang.
    Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
    Full-Time positions available.
