Maximizes return investment by establishing policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.



Duties & Responsibilities

IT Duties:
Respond to emergency calls upon request
Perform additional duties as assigned by Store Manager or Country DOSI
Report to management any abnormalities or inconsistencies with the department objectives
Provide Country IT/BC Manager with a regular update of the department’s situation
Provide induction technical training to all store’s employees whenever required
Ensure technical implementation and smooth running of IT standards management in the store
Control integrity of data between back-office, front-office and scales systems
Maintain a stock level based on usage of IT consumables and spare parts.
Report any technical or system problem to HO. Follow up the solution with the hot-line support.
Make sure that all hardware and systems are stable and available for users in good working conditions.
Provide 1st level support to end users, for all the systems in the store.
Maintain IT assets and make regular checks according to DOSI standards.
Install, configure, evaluate and troubleshoot all peripherals and equipment.
Ensure that IT daily backup is performed and completed according to DOSI procedure.
Maintain integrity of users’ accounts and data on the store file server.
Participate to the implementation of new IT Projects and take ownership of them
Maintain proper documentation for all relative fields of responsibility.
Update and check the store hardware inventory and users list quarterly.
Update and check the list of software license and correspondent devices quarterly.
Organize store IT purchase according to DOA. Test hardware and software on delivery.
Perform POS / Scales maintenance whenever required, in coordination with CCO Manager & Market DH (as per DOSI Procedures)
Dispose of old defective peripherals according to company procedures.
Control that all SYSTEM MESSAGES are analyzed and filed in relevant box file
Check the DATABASE PURGE file is updated on monthly basis
Control that all users have access to their files saved in the file server through "MY DOCUMENTS" folder
Control that all patches are up-to-date and installed in all PCs and servers and the "error log book - ITAM" is updated accordingly
Check that all virus definition are up-to-date and installed in all PCs and servers and the "error log book - ITAM" is updated accordingly
Ensure that ONLY the AUTHORIZED SOFTWARE are installed on the PCs and server
Control that the BACKUP-RESTORE log file is filed and the "error log book - ITAM" is updated


BC Duties:
Ensure an efficient management of the Order Pool and proper filing of all the documents.
Deliver training sessions to various populations in the store to enhance productivity and improve professionalism
Carry out audit: Standards Management audits in the stores (Section Managers, Receiving…)
To develop action plans to ensure the implementation of procedures with the Management team, and the company strategy.
Anticipate risks and raise awareness of the company best practices.
Follow-up and analyze the key business indicators of the store and propose corrective measures.
Provides status of the stock condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting data.
Ensure the proper implementation and running of the SM (Standards Management) in the store.
Ensure that the reporting and the filing are done according to the SM procedures.
Ensure proper SM signage and information boards in the store.
Ensure that the information provided by the SM is accurate, timely and usable.
Maintain professional, impartial and efficient relationships with suppliers
Ensure that all the store managers and staff are properly trained on all SM modules.
Deploy new SM modules in the store in coordination with country BC manager.
Prepare the store SM indicators and action plans timely.
Ensure the accuracy of all indicators and action plans.
Report monthly all the indicators and action plans to the Store GM and Country BC Manager.
Ensure that all Business Cycle procedures are strictly followed up and respected in the store.

Requirements:

IT Bachelor Degree or IT diploma with not less than 2 years experience in IT field.
Age between 22 to 35 years old
English speaking and writing.
Have Management knowledge of Stock and human.
