Operation Assistant

PT. GEOSERVICES is a limited company (Ltd.) that has a solid base of expertise covering all aspects of the exploration and development of Indonesia's oil, gas, coal, mineral, and geothermal industries. Originally providing field sampling and chemical analysis for the mineral industry, PT. GEOSERVICES has diversified its services and broadened its clientele. Today it is a one-stop organization that can fulfill all exploration and analysis requirements for each of the industrial sectors it serves

One of its subsidiaries, named PT. SURYA INDOTIM IMEX, is a sales and distribution company for Gas Industry and Gas Specialty. Though its rapid business growth PT. SURYA INDOTIM IMEX has developed many branches all over Indonesia.

Currently we are seeking for suitable candidate to fill the following position in PT. SURYA INDOTIM IMEX:

Operation Assistant
Surakarta (Jawa Tengah)



Responsibilities:
Handling operations & office administrative tasks starting from incoming/outgoing communications, document preparation, schedule arrangements, filing, up to day to day personnel related office administrations. She/He also will be responsible to support in preparing presentation materials, meeting materials and necessary logistics, support in document screening for agreements, memoranda and reports need to be reviewed and approved by the Branch Manager with accuracy and considerable understanding in company business, policies and procedures.



Requirements:

Female or Male
Minimum bachelor degree from any background, preferable from Business Administration
At least 4 year(s) of working experience as Operations Assistant or Office Administration is required for this position
Having knowledge all aspects of administration duties
Having good analytical ability, focus on order and details with high accuracy
Having a strong communication skill, good interpersonal skill, honest and customer service orientation
Flexible and independent
Able to organize and prioritize activities and workload
Able to work under pressure, multitasking and long hours
Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PPoint, having excellent office clerical skill in performing administrations duties is a MUST
Domicile in Solo
