Requirements:
Bachelor/ Master Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or other related field
10 years relevant experience in Human Resources and Organization areas, includes HR Procedures and Processes, Development, Industrial Relation, Recruitment and General Affairs
Strong leadership, teamwork, integrity, problem solving ability, and dynamic personality
Excellent in people and relationship management, good interpersonal and communication skill
Proficiency in English both oral & written
Computer literate (MS Office), preferably familiar with HR Applications
