Recently we acquired partial share of a coal fired power generator company: Meppogen (PT Metaepsi Pejege Power Generation). Further we established 2 (two) subsidiaries, namely, PT Pradipa Aryasatya and PT Nagata Bisma Shakti paving the pathway for thermal and renewable power provider.

Operation Strategy & Planning Coordinator
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

    Prepare proper operator to customer
    Build operator services in safe, timely and cost effective strategy.
    Build and improve operator behaviors to make become professional relationship with customer continuously.
    Build  Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) orientation/program for operator.
    Provide Bank Operator information. Ensure operator composition and ratio at site to achieve the optimum cost of operators.
    Maintain contract period Casual Operators based on company policy.
    Plan and implementation rotation schedule and annual leave operator accurately.
    Analyze difference between strategy & implementation operator  at site for further improvement.

Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
    Required language(s): English
    Good in communication and leadership skill
    At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
    Full-Time positions available.
