Compassion Indonesia, an International Christian Ministry for Children Development, is seeking for highly motivated staff (Bandung Office) for the position below:
The Church Partner Programs Manager (CPPM) implements global directions for CSP and CDSP with a focus on achieving outcomes. Ensures Compassion serves Church Partners with a vision to build their capacity to achieve effective holistic child development.
Specific Requirements
1. University degree in Management/Leadership, Child Development or Church Development.
2. Five years experience in senior or middle level management.
3. Three years child development or church partnership/development experience.
4. Able to foster open communication and accomplish goals with many stakeholders involved.
5. Able to supervise high level, experienced supervisors and lead a very diverse team.
6. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in languages relevant to the country and in English.
