Cross-Cutting Health System Strengthening Interventions
The Global
Fund is a multilateral donor that currently
supportsPusat Data dan Informasi (PUSDATIN) Kementerian
Kesehatan RI as the Principal Recipient to implement Health System Strengthening Program (HSS) under the Cross-Cutting
Health System Strengthening Interventions Grant which has been approved for 5 years
implementation in 24 provinces and 138 districts/municipalities in Indonesia. The Project Management Unit (PMU) of PR is currently seekingfor proactive andqualified
candidates to fill the following position:
Logistic and
Procurement Officer
Main Duties:
1. To manage the logistics procedures in
provisions with grant agreement
2. To ensure the quality and quantity of
goods and services competitive basis and meets government standards and The
Global Fund requirement.
3. To be responsible forprojection
of stock quantity and quality, determining lead times for ordering(if any possible), appropriate warehousing(if any possible), monitoring
of expiration dates of drugs.
4. Toensure and responsible the receipt and storage of supplies in the appropriate
places based on the classification including FIFO (First
In First Out), FEFO(First Expiry First Out).
5. To be responsible for distribution based
on each area’s needs.
6. To keep proper administrative records of
all incoming and outgoing supplies.
7. To reconcile and maintain fixed assets once a year by conducting
fixed assets verification
8. To monitor and report to the PMU
Coordinator all supplies, stock, distribution and incoming logistics in each
area.
9. To work with related governmentregulationand international agencies to deal with customs clearance and tax
exemption.
10. To be responsible for appropriate recording and safeguarding mechanisms
for all logistics at the PR and SR levels.
11. To work with related government agencies to dispose of broken and
expired supplies based on the prevailing regulations in Indonesia.
12. To monitor and ensure all procurement process follows and comply to the
regulation and the Global Fund PSM Policy.
13. To issue early warnings to all units to ensure that supplies are used
wisely.
14. To report all procurement process to PMU coordinator and PM.
15. To update the Price Reporting Mechanism (PRM) /Price Quality Reporting
(PQR) regularly in collaboration with finance unit.
16. To protect against conflicts of interest by
following the procedures articulated in this PIM, within the scope of his/her
responsibilities.
General Qualification:
1. S1 majoring in Management, Business Administration,
Information Technology, or Industrial Engineering.
2. Age 25-35years.
3. Have a procurement certification based on the
Perpres 54 curriculum is preferred
4. Organized, with good attention todetail and developed ability to prioritize tasks
to
meet tight deadlines andorganize work in
a complex institutional setting.
5. Able to travel frequently in project sites.
6. Goodin English both oral and written.
7. Basic skill in computer is required.
Experience:
1. 2(two) years qualifications and/or extensive field experience inlogistics related skills as listed above;
procurement, warehousing, and assetmanagement.
2. Have good understanding and experience in managing logistic and procurement
activities in government institutions/projects (preferably).
3. Haveexperience inmanaging the Global Fund funding(preferably).
