An Opportunity to Join Fundraiser team

PT Panda Lestari *is a corporation owned by WWF-Indonesia. To support
WWF-Indonesia’s face to face fundraising program, we are seeking dynamic
and compassionate professionals to be a part of our team in Surabaya and
fill the positions of :


*1.      **Field Coordinator (Code: FC)*

Working closely to Face to Face Fundraising Team in the field, this
position will be responsible to ensure the team meet their target.


*2.      **Recruitment Officer (Code: RO)*

Reporting to the Field Coordinator, this position will be responsible for
the recruitment process to fill the manpower needs of Face to Face
Fundraising Team.


*3.      **Fundraiser (Code: FR)*

This position will conduct Face to Face Fundraising activity to meet the
target.


*Requirements :*

-       S1 degree with minimum 3 years experience as a Supervisor or Leader
in fundraising/direct marketing team (FC)

-       S1 graduate, preferably from psychology, marketing or communication
with at least 3 years working experience (RO)

-       Has an excellent communication skill and good negotiation skill
(FC,FR)

-       Possess strong leadership (FC)

-       Possess basic HR skill, especially recruitment process (RO)

-       Having a work experience with an NGO is an advantage
