Responsibilities:
Responsible for helping our team to implement marketing campaigns through social media channels
Engaging and managing social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter and other relevant websites
Initiate and lead online discussions and respond in a timely manner to customers' needs and requests
Requirements:
Max. 28 years old
Min. Diploma Degree (D3)
At least 2 years of work experience in the related field
Passionate about technology and internet trend
Creative and possesses good interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service is a plus point
