environmentally-friendly Small and Medium Enterprises; particularly in the

and includes periods of frequent domestic travel.

Business Mentor

Responsibilities

NVI Business Mentors provide business mentoring support to SMEs in Indonesia
in the clean and renewable energy sector as well as other environmentally
focused sectors. Our mentors also develop and deliver business training
workshops and tools to support business growth. Strong focus is on business
improvement, business and strategic planning, action planning and financial
management.

Requirements

Knowledge & Personal characteristics

. As you interface and negotiate with our business partners you will
need to be highly articulate and fluent in English and Bahasa;

. You will adopt a hands-on approach to business mentoring;

. We expect you to be a focused and highly motivated person with
powerful communication skills;

. Your daily duties will require you to have strong organizational
skills, attention to detail, diligent whilst able to work under pressure;

. Must have the knowledge of business and management principles
involved in strategic planning ;

. Must be detail-oriented, organized, with good time management
skills ;

. We are looking for a mentor with solid people skills, a team
player who is mature and responsible, you must be comfortable with
motivating yourself and fellow staff as well as client representatives;

. Must be able to work independently without instructions or direct
and constant supervision;

. Committed to continuous improvement; and

. Confident and willing to contribute with ideas and
recommendations.

Qualification & Competences

. More than 10 years experience in mentoring;

. Prior experience working with an International Consultancy
(Preferred);

. Experience in Renewable Energy or Clean Technology (Preferred);

. Good command of English, both written and verbal;

. A Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in business, management, or
other related education from a reputable university; and

. Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
