RTI Indo is looking for Sr. Finance & Operations Manager_Jakarta based

RTI International is seeking a Senior Finance and Operations Manager for
our RTI Indonesia Office in Jakarta. The Senior Finance and Operations
Manager will be a member of the RTI Senior Management Team in Indonesia
team. The overall goal of this position is to provide financial
management and leadership to the RTI Indonesia Regional Office, provide
technical oversight and support to RTI activities in Indonesia, and
provide financial oversight and support to RTI activities in the Asia
region. She/He will report directly to the RTI-Indonesia Country
Director and will be the acting Officer-In-Charge in the absence of the
Country Director

Objectives:

a. To ensure the appropriate management of RTI International
financial and accounting systems in Indonesia in compliance with
Indonesian laws, client requirements and regulations and RTI financial
policies and procedure

b. To supervise and manage the finance, procurement and office
management teams in RTI Indonesia

c. To provide leadership, technical assistance and compliance
support to all finance managers and staff working on RTI implemented
projects in Indonesia.

d. To provide technical support, advice, and coverage on day to day
finance matters, month end closing, and QuickBooks to all projects in
the region as requested or needed during start-up, implementation and
closeout.

e. Providing support to Asia region prior to client audits.

Qualification Requirements:

a. Relevant post-graduate qualifications in finance/ corporate
related field;

b. At least 10 years working with USAID/AusAID (or other donor)
programs managing overall program finances/procurement for a development
program or contractor.

c. Experience designing and/or managing finance systems and
standard reporting for significant donor initiatives

d. Experience managing and developing capacity finance and
procurement staff

e. Excellent communication skills and excels in working in and
leading teams

f. Excellent financial management skills;

g. Excellent writing skills;

h. Fluent English (essential);

i. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia (essential).
