JAKARTA


1.  mPWS
(mobile - Pemantauan Wilayah
Setempat) Assistant – Health Program
mPWS is a complementary surveillance
tool designed by Mercy Corps and the operations research’ advisory board
meeting member to enable a more timely and accurate collection of PWS data, and
promote useful analysis, and utilization of data for program and community
mobilization planning.
The mPWS Assistant will work
together with the LAMAT Operationalization Coordinator of Mercy Corps health
and nutrition program in West Jakarta to the operationalize of mPWS and
strengthening PWS KIA (Pemantauan Wilayah Setempat – Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak).
The
mPWS assistant will help organize trainings, facilitate technical assistance
from OR partners, document progress, and help maintain relationships between
Mercy Corps team, communities, health providers, as well as providing
constructive feedback and observation to the implementation of mPWS model.


Qualifications:
·         Possess
a relevant university degree or college diploma and relevant 2-3 years work
experience;
·         Knowledge
in mobile-phone, and computer technology;
·         Experiences
in working closely, training and/or mentoring governments, communities and
health providers;
·         Knowledgeable
in Indonesia health information system, particularly MCH LAMAT (PWS KIA);
·         Having
experiences in quantitative and qualitative assessments, in research,
particularly in health research;
·         English
proficiency is an advantage;


2. Senior Project
Officer - INSIST Program

Senior Project Officer is
responsible for the successful implementation of all project activities in the
assigned targeted area. The Senior project officer will coordinate and oversee
the activities of the project, and will directly participate in conducting
participatory field research, community based mobilization and outreach
providing training, mentoring and coaching to government and community to
implement water and sanitation infrastructure projects and hygiene and
nutrition behaviors promotion, project development and implementation, and
monitoring and evaluation in the Project communities.

The senior project officer is
responsible for both the soft and hardware components of the water and
sanitation infrastructure activities of RW Siaga Plus+ program in targeted
implementation areas for expanding sanitation infrastructure. The Senior
project officer with support with OWOF Program will assist the Project
Coordinator in designing business development strategy in the strengthening of
sludge removal service micro enterprise, to design sanitation demand creation
activities, sanitation social marketing strategy, and responsible to design
business development training material to introduce entrepreneurship skills to
the micro enterprise team and community task force who will supervise the
business unit.


Qualifications:
* 5-10 years of field-based experience in staff management and project implementation;
* Demonstrated experience and expertise in water, sanitation and/or hygiene promotion, including understanding of international norms and frameworks, prominent actors, best practices;
* Demonstrated experience in capacity building and partnership with both community and government;
* Demonstrate experience managing and or working at micro and small enterprise;
* BA/S or equivalent in social science, management, environmental engineering, international development or similar degree;
* Demonstrated skill in communication, report writing, financial management, monitoring, evaluation, team management and problem solving;
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.


Position as Senior
Project Officer will be as temporary staff for 3 months.
