We are a Non-Government Organization part of global network,
which is one of the largest conservation organizations.


Currently we are looking for the following position
: Community Empowerment - NTT

Code: (CE)

The person is responsible :
- To facilitate groups of community.
- interact with groups of community as an effort to develop
community capacity.
- developing strategic plan program on community
empowerment.
- analyst on how to strengthening groups of community in
management and utilize human resource.

Candidates should have :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) majoring in social
knowledge, fisheries and Marine or any related field.
- At least three (3) years of experiences in community
empowerment.
- Experience in collaboration, facilitator, perform social
analysis, and had participate with appraisal rural.
- Excellent communication skill in English and Indonesian.
- Willing to work in field especially in rural area.
