Chemonics seeks a short-term Training Needs Analysis Specialist for the
USAID-funded Indonesia Marine and Climate Support project in Indonesia. The
project aims to sustainably manage Indonesia’s marine and coastal
ecosystems.
The Training Needs Analysis Specialist will pilot test a set of
standardized TNA guidelines that is suitable for institutionalization by
BPSDM-PUSLAT in the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF).
Responsibilities include:
· Conduct focus group discussions and follow-up meetings to
facilitate assignment implementation.
· Pilot testing of TNA guidelines in selected directorates of MMAF
in collaboration with BPSDM-PUSLAT personnel.
Qualifications:
· At least five years of experience conducting training needs
assessments and experience advising central or local government.
· Advanced degree preferred.
· Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and written, to
fulfill the technical and managerial responsibilities proposed.
· Strong English writing and speaking skills required.
