COMMUNICATIONS AND PROGRAM INTEGRATION MANAGER

Castlerock Consulting, a management consulting firm working in the areas of energy, infrastructure and IT, is seeking an individual to fill the above position for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Indonesia Clean Energy Development (ICED) project.  The position is structured as full time assignment and will be for a period ending September 30, 2014. The position will work closely with Indonesian and foreign consultants based in the ICED main office in Jakarta.

COMMUNICATIONS AND PROGRAM INTEGRATION MANAGER

The Communications and Program Integration Manager shall have the following minimum set of qualifications:

    Degree in communications, marketing, or related field
    Minimum 5 years related professional experience
    Proficiency in English report writing and creative writing skill
    Familiarity with setting up/managing knowledge management system
    Familiarity with USAID branding and marking 
    Familiarity with publishing software (MS Publisher)
    Experience working with USAID Environment Program, other international donor agency coordination
    Experience in designing and implement outreach program


Key Responsibilities:

    Prepares annual/quarterly/weekly reports and events/activity reports
    Prepares USAID branded success stories, case studies, and other public information pieces
    Writes/oversees the preparation of printed materials issued by the project: press releases, DVDs, etc. in both English and Bahasa
    Supervises all document translation and meeting interpretation services
    Convenes periodic ICED  project planning and progress reporting meetings, and prepares and disseminates summaries
    Ensures correct USAID branding and marking of all project materials.
    Provide and update of information for online purposes
    Maintains ICED Information and reference materials
    Assists Senior  Communication Advisor in implementing public awareness campaigns
    Develops and maintains ICED clean energy website/webmaster, directly responsible for all Bahasa language content and drafting English language content for review by USAID Communications Specialist
    Serves as point of contact for all other USAID programs and partners relative to information on ICED, and supports the Chief of Party on coordinating on joint activities
