CSR Manager

Our company is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and a part of Indofood Group. PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk is now one of the largest diversified and integrated agribusiness groups, in Indonesia engaged in cultivation of oil palm, rubber, sugar cane and other crops with its products of branded palm oil, vegetable oils and fats.

We are looking for competent and professional candidates to fill in the following position :


CSR Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

    As the CSR Manager you will identify, formulate and implement a comprehensive CSR framework and work plans to be in line with the company CSR objectives and strategies. You will lead the company efforts in facilitating community development and will be required to work with organizations, local and national government agencies. You will also coordinate company’s PR activities and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with authorities and all stakeholders

Requirements:

    S1 or S2 degree in management, social sciences, agriculture, law or related field
    2 years managerial experience in the CSR field preferably in agribusiness companies
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to determine and implement strategic plans
    Fluency in spoken and written English
