Responsibilities:
He/ She will handle employee training, such as arrange program for leadership training; conduct training; evaluate training; coaching, counseling, and mentoring employee.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent with min GPA 3.00.
Male/ Female, age between 28 - 35 years old
At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Trainer.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
