full time positions listed below for our RTI Indonesia Office in Jakarta.

HR OFFICER ( 1 position)


HR Admin Assistant ( 1
Position)





Descriptions
of position:
Responsible for supporting the Senior Human Resources Manager in the
administration of HR activities and initiatives in RTI's project and offices in Indonesia.


Descriptions
of position:
Responsible for personnel filing, personnel
timesheets, and personnel master database.




Qualifications
:

Available immediately
·
A Bachelor Degree with a minimum 5 years of
related administration and management experience in the area of HR Management
·
Excellent organization, multitasking, problem
solving skills.
·
Strong negotiator and communication skills including ability to handle sensitive information and situations in a confidential manner

related administration experience;

Computer literate with HRIS programs
