*Duration of Contract *: Approximately 40 days**

*BACKGROUND *

Our beneficiary, one of Indonesia State Agency is using social media
platforms to communicate to the public. As part of the strengthening the
capacity of the agency in using social media, MSI seeks the expertise of a
consultant to setup a Social Media strategy and its infrastructure as
needed.

*Objectives*

1. Communicate Social Media as an essential and contemporary
communication channel.

2. Utilize Social Media platforms to communicate to the public.

3. Reach out to a younger audience on the internet and convey a positive
image of the agency and its people of concern.

*Tasks and Deliverables*

1. Develop Social Media presence

1. Develop monitoring system of trends in Social Media and respond to
developments.
2. Explore ways to use Website, Facebook and Twitter as a swift external
communication channel.

2. Build the capacity of offices and staff to utilize Social Media

1. Design workshops and training sessions as needed and educate offices
and staff as necessary.
2. Set up a Social Media Committee and its infrastructure (structure,
policy, manual, tasks and responsibilities, etc.)

3. Seek, and establish a partnership with central actors in Social Media.

4. Set a long term strategy for Social Media and reasonable goals based
on and benchmark with other organization operating on Social Media
platforms.
