Youth Economic Empowerment –EC Project Manager (
Fixed Term )
(
Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara Based )
To support the design, planning and implementation
of the YEE Project in NT Area and provide
technical support and assure proper documentation and reporting to the donor
Requirements:
· S1 – Social science
· 5
(five) years experience in community development preferably in Livelihood,
Microfinance, TVET
· Experienced in
representational roles
· Experienced in
promoting and developing learning in your area of expertise
· Good
understanding about Youth Economic Empowerment ( YEE ) concept and practices
· Good
facilitation and communication skill
· Good
networking with government organization, non government organization, and
others relevant institution
· Good
interpersonal skill and team work
· Understand
about human right and child right
· Good
adaptation and familiar and sensitive to local culture and custom
· Good
computer skill and Writing skills in English
· Willing
to travel extensively ( 75 %)
· Current
living in Kupang and other East Nusa Tenggara will be an advantage
