We
are looking for a dynamic PROGRAMME MANAGER to lead our Climate
Adaptation & Resilience programme in Indonesia.
Requirement:

·       Minimum 5 years
experience in managing development projects (strategic planning,
implementation, monitoring and evaluation)
·       Demonstrate
knowledge and understanding of Climate adaptation, resilience and/or rural
livelihoods issues
·       Excellent
communication skills (English and Indonesian)
·       Good project
management skills
·       Good
interpersonal skills. Creative, enthusiastic and self-motivated
