VSO INDONESIA - RECRUITMENT MANAGER

VSO Indonesia is looking for a dynamic RECRUITMENT MANAGER to manage our recruitment, assessment and training process for Indonesian volunteers going overseas.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in HR management with a focus on selection
> * Excellent project management skills
> * Experience in organizing and coordinating training and workshops
> * Excellent interpersonal skills. Creative, enthusiastic and self-motivated
> * Excellent communication skills (English essential)
> * Desirable: Understanding of volunteering and volunteer management
