Gugah Nurani Indonesia (GNI), a Humanitarian, Community Development
based on fulfillment of Child rights NGO is looking for staff as Head Office - Chief
Executive :

Reporting Lines : Country Director

Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Become organization representative in various partners and
donor meetings.
- Assist the country director coordinating the organization
and acting as central point of contact for the project team including the beneficiaries,
team managers, project managers and project officers.
- Expand and develop network with the government institution,
partners and other agencies
- Identify potential donor and give direction to Fundraising
team to design qualify project proposal for the donor.
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve organization
operation, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work
cooperatively and jointly to provide quality of work
- Analyze organizational problems, recommend and coordinates
resolutions

Open position location :
- Head Office : Jakarta

Requirements :
• Bachelor degree (S1) all major, but preferably Master Degree (S2)
• Has knowledge and understanding on community development
and children issues (child right, child development).
• Fluency in English both speaking and writing
• Strong analytical and intrapersonal skill to deal with multi-stakeholders
both in internal and external organization
• Have experience 5 to 7 years in NGO activities, preferably with INGO.
• Have extensive networking in children issue organization,
social business community, community development organization and government
institution.
• Demonstrate to adapt flexibly to the existing organization condition
• Self-starter who is able to work collaboratively across functional areas to achieve organization objectives
• Ability to work in a team
• Good IT skills
• Communication skill and report writing
