A regional development institution that aims to alleviate poverty and improve people's life is currently seeking for communications consultant for forestry. His/her main task is to develop a concept paper for consultations and outreach strategy for the institution's upcoming forestry project, and to ensure that such strategy is in line with any national-level consultations guidelines and goals outlined by the Ministry of Forestry, National Forestry Council, and Ministry of Home Affairs (if any). This is a project-based, short-term consultation engagement.
Expected Outcome: A concept paper for consultations and outreach strategy on a forestry project that are in line with national-level consultation guidelines and goals.
Required Qualifications-
1. Proven professional skills of building consultations and outreach strategy at the local (community) level.
2. Professional and/or educational background on forestry and/or civil societies.
3. Field experience in forestry is highly valuable.
4. Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia is compulsory.
5. Active networks with forestry stakeholders (Ministry of Forestry, National Forestry Council/DKN, NGOs in forest-related issues) are preferred.
6. Those with working experience in NGOs and civil society organizations are encouraged to apply.
