Recruitment Officer

Job Description

• Conduct selection and placement activities to timely fulfill talent requests from Business Units.

• Screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications.
• Actively source, identify and short-list potential candidates.

• Interview candidates and provide necessary assessments.

• Handle salary negotiations up to finalization process.
• Proactively liaise with other related departments in delivering recruitment needs.

• Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
Desired Skills & Experience

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any field, background in Psychology will be an advantage
    At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Recruitment field is required for this position
    Preferably Junior Executives / Junior Consultant with Executive Search / Head Hunter background
    Excellent communication and 'people' skills
    Good sales and negotiation skills
    A confident and positive attitude
    The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
    Good organizational and administrative skill
    The ability to work well in a team
    English fluency is a must, able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
    Willing to be based in Marunda, North Jakarta
