Requirements:

    Bachcelor Degree in relevant field from social or natural science, Master Degree is an advantange
    Has experience in managing Research & Community Development request and report
    Has experience in conducting Research & Community Development   with Govermental Grand
    Has experience in conducting Community Development in remote area will be an advantage
    Has passion in coaching and train others in conducting Research & Community Development
    Excellent Leadership and Communication Skill
    Strong in Project Management.
    Solid Analytical and Conceptual Thinking
    Good in Relationship Building and teamwork
    Possess Godly Character
    Possess Spiritual Maturity (describe in CV your involvement in Chruch or other religious organization)
