Several Vacancy in SIPS Project

Cowater
International is a Canadian private sector company that manages international
development projects, including three current projects in Indonesia.  We are seeking to recruita Project Liaison Officer(Manado)
and two Part-Time Consultantsto provide assistance for a CIDA-funded
project to support Indonesia’s Islands of Integrity Program for Sulawesi (SIPS).  Qualified

The Project Liaison
Officer, MANADO-based will provide support
and advice in managing the implementation of SIPS in North Sulawesi.  Required skills, knowledge and experience
include:
·         Relevant
Post-Secondary Degree
·         Minimum
eight years work related experience in implementing technical and organizational
capacity building programs in good governance and anti-corruption
·         Minimum
two years previous experience working with bilateral or multilateral donors in
a similar capacity/role as required for SIPS
·         Demonstrated
ability to work collaboratively with local governments and
civil society to promote and facilitate change and improved public services;
·         Experienced
with transparency and accountability within decentralized governments
·         Excellent
communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; strong English oral/written skills

TheOne-Stop-Services (OSS) Expertwill provide ongoing technical assistance to sub-national
governments for OSS improvements with the aims of improved service delivery,
better client orientation and reduced opportunities for corruption. Required skills,
knowledge and experience include:
·         Relevant
Post-Secondary degree;
·         Minimum
eight years work related experience in implementing technical and
organizational capacity building programs in OSS, including minimum two years
previous experience working with bilateral or multilateral donors
·         Demonstrated
ability to work collaboratively with local governments and
civil society to promote and facilitate change and improved OSS services;
·         Excellent
communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; strong English oral/written skills
·         Willingness
to travel to project areas in Sulawesi

The Environmental
Management Expertwill support incorporation of improved environmental
requirements into sub-national government permitting/licensing and promote implementation
of green procurement practices in centralized procurement units. Required skills,
knowledge and experience include:
·         Relevant
Post-Secondary Degree
·         10
years’ experience in the area of good environmental management, especially with
sub-national governments, including minimum one year working with an
international agency
·         Demonstrated
experience in incorporating environmental criteria in the tender/bidding
process for infrastructure, equipment and related services
·         Sound
knowledge of relevant national laws, regulations and good practices related to good
environmental management and Green Procurement
·         Ability
to work collaboratively with local governments and civil society to promote and
facilitate change and improved public services
·         Excellent
communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; strong English oral/written skills
·         Willingness
to travel to project areas in Sulawesi
